Certified by the YOGA ALLIANCE. In its 11th year, our special 200-hour Hatha Yoga Instructor Training offers our select participants an in-depth understanding of Yoga at our intimate downtown studio with the ease of a stretch program. Whether you strive to become a yoga teacher, choose to incorporate Yoga into a health related career, or would like to deepen your own practice without the intention of teaching this program is for you. The time is now, and this is your year, join us at our downtown Bend studio. The popularity of Yoga has exploded in the United States over the last twenty years, creating a great demand for qualified yoga instructors that can not only teach yoga classes safely and effectively, but instructors that understand the ancient teachings of yoga and their relevance in the world today. We offer unique trainings.
Hatha Yoga Teacher Trainings directed by Jeannie Laslo Douglas award certifications in Hatha Yoga. She has led over 20 large and small scale teacher trainings since 2003. Developing in the process a comprehensive course study that is used across the United States today.
Jeannies personal and in-depth style produces teachers who are better prepared, more confident, and ready to teach.

REQUIREMENTS
All levels and abilities are welcome! You do not need to be a master of yoga to learn how to teach, all that is required is that you love yoga and want to learn more. The program requires a great deal of time and energy, but is spread out over a period of time. This allows your body and mind to digest the material and gives you the ability to truly integrate these yogic principles into your life. The schedule allows you to remain in your real life while practicing and gradually make changes that will last. A minimum of six months of regular practice is recommended but not required, and a personal meeting with the Teacher Trainer and Director Jeannie Laslo Douglas will be arranged to answer any questions that you may have. To request an application or for more information, please contact Jeannie at (541) 639-2618. Join us for small intimate teacher training classes this year.
